Rust and Paint Removal

We have a 14′ X 26′ booth for blasting frames, bodies, or any other type on equipment or components that need rust or paint removed. The blaster is powered by a 25 hp compressor and air dryer to keep costs as economical as possible. For frames and heavier gage metal sand is used to remove the rust and paint.

For body sheet metal that is susceptible to warping soda crystals are use to remove the paint. Because soda will not mar or etch glass, chrome or stainless steel paint can be removed without disassembling the complete car. The soda residue can be removed by rinsing with water.
